Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy a wonderful experience at SeoulZip. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for reservations, prepaid events, and online orders.
Reservation Cancellations
- Standard reservations can be cancelled at no cost up to 4 hours before your booking time.
- Late cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) or no-shows for parties of 6 or more may incur a $15 per-person fee, where a credit card was provided.
Prepaid Events & Private Dining
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days prior receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Online Orders
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the kitchen begins preparation.
- Once preparation has started, orders are non-refundable.
- If you are unhappy with a delivered item, please contact us within 60 minutes and we will work to make it right.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
