SeoulZip Korean Restaurant offers dine-in, takeout, and local delivery service. This policy outlines our standards for service areas, delivery times, and order fulfillment.
Service Area
We currently offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of our restaurant. Orders placed outside this area may be eligible for pickup or third-party delivery service.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery: 30–60 minutes during regular hours.
- Times may vary based on weather, traffic, and order volume — especially on weekends and holidays.
- We do not deliver during the last 30 minutes of operating hours.
Takeout Orders
Takeout orders are typically ready in 20–30 minutes. We will notify you by phone or text when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Fees
- Flat delivery fee of $4.99 within our service area.
- Minimum order for delivery is $20.
- Gratuity for delivery staff is appreciated but not required.
Order Packaging
All food is packaged in eco-friendly, leak-resistant containers designed to maintain temperature during transport. Hot items are kept warm in insulated bags.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 60 minutes of delivery at (916) 400-3413 or support@argllm.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
No Physical Shipping
SeoulZip does not ship food products by mail or courier outside of local delivery. Gift cards, when available, may be delivered electronically by email.
